ACES ETM Limited Brands: What It Is and How to Use It.

Limited Brands or L Brands Inc. is one of the biggest fashion retailers based in the United States and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. It owns and operates several well-known brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works and Henri Bendel, besides owning distributing rights to White Barn Candle Company and C.O. Bigelow.

Having an employee base of close to 100,000 employees, L Brands needed an effective employee management platform. And this need gave birth to its employee portal, ACES ETM.

If you’re an employee of any of the brands mentioned above, you would want to learn more about your employee portal, how to login, and how to contact the HR department,  so read on to find out.

What is ACES ETM?

ACES ETM is the employee portal of Limited Brands. The portal lets employees access and manage their important employee data and work related information. Something to note here, however, is that there are different ACES ETM portals, one for the management and DMs and another for the employees or associates, as they are commonly called at Limited Brands.

This helps keep things organized and makes it easier and more efficient for the management to manage their employees.

The employee portal offers a wide range of features to the company’s employees, enabling them to access and manage important aspects of their work and compensation as per their convenience. It can be accessed by all employees working at Limited Brands.

What can you use ACES ETM for?

Employees can use this platform to:

  • Access their tax details and other relevant tax information
  • Create and manage employee reports
  • Find all the information related to their paystub
  • View and manage their health benefits as well as keep track of their 401K plan
  • View, access and manage their work schedule
  • Find other, better job opportunities available at Limited Brands

Finally, there are also many other uses of this platform, but the ones listed above are the most important ones that most employees would be interested in. However, once you login to the platform, you will be able to access and manage many other things as well.

How to view your Limited Brands work schedule on ACES ETM.

To view your schedule, you will have to first log in at ACES ETM. We will be explaining the login process in detail below.

As we mentioned above, there are two different login pages for ACES ETM, one for logging in to the ETM availability and scheduling portal and the other for HR and management. If you want to access and view your work schedule, you need to login to the ACES ETM scheduling portal.

Once logged in, click on the ‘My Job’ tab. Now, and four different options will pop up Select the ACES ETM option. This will direct you back to the login page, where you will be required to login again for verification purposes.

Once you’re logged in again, you should see an option labeled “Work Schedule.” Simply click on that and you will find everything you’re looking for regarding your working times.

You would also be able to see future ETM availability, making it easier for you to manage your working time and schedules well ahead of time.

How to log in to ACES ETM.

If you want to login to the main employee portal, use the following login pages. The first one is for the HR team, while the second one is for all the employees.

General Login Page for all Employees

You will need your user ID and password to login to any of the above portals. Your user ID is your associate ID which is listed on your paystub, without any of the zeros in front; it should be 6 or 7 characters.

Your password will be the one that you created when you joined Limited Brands.

Upon logging in to the general employee portal, you will find many different links on the left hand site of the webpage. Click on the My Job option, and the rest of the process will be the same as mentioned above.

Be vary of fake ‘phishing’ login pages. The corrent ACES ETM login page will look like this, and the url will begin with https://aces.limitedbrands.com/.

How to Reset my Password.

If you have forgotten the password to your Limited Brands employee account, you will need to contact Stores Technology Services on phone number: 1-877-415-7911. This helpline is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Do not use easy-to-guess and passwords, like proper names, movie titles, or LB brands related words.

How to view my Target schedule on Target EHR

How do I view my Target schedule from home or from my cell phone?

There are several ways to view your Target employee schedule from outside of the Target store:

Visit: https://mytimemobile.target.com/ and let the page re-direct you to the Target login page. The official Target employee login page can also be reached from via Target.com/myschedule and from https://wss.target.com/selfservice.

Then enter your Target EHR Username and Password, and click on “Login”.

The Target Login ID is is used to log on to Target Applications or Computer. Examples of Login IDs are: Z002XYZ, A367561 or a Team Member Number like 19853437.

Enter your Target eHR User ID and Password, then click on”Login”.

Target Kronos Schedule App.

You can also view your Target schedule online on your cellphone with the Kronos app.

Use the Kronos Mobile app to check your schedule online and the Workday app to manage financial and personal info changes.

To download the Kronos app, go to Google Play store, or iPhone App store, and search for “Kronos Mobile”. The first result should be the correct app. Download, install and open the Kronos app.

What is the Target server for the Kronos App?

When you first open Kronos, type in Target as your employer.

When prompted for a server, enter the following in the server field: https://mytimemobile.target.com. If that server name does not work, then try https://mytimemobile.target.com/wfc instead.

Then, type in your Target Team Member number and your Target Workbench password.

Enter https://mytimemobile.target.com/ or https://mytimemobile.target.com/wfc (2019) as the server in the Kronos app, then click on “Proceed”.

To check your Target paystubs and benefits, visit www.targetpayandbenefits.com, and then click on “Log On” in the top right corner.

Alternatively, view your paystubs through Target Workday, at https://wd5.myworkday.com/target, or by downloading the Workday App on Google Play or through the iPhone App store. Use the Workday app to manage your financial and personal information in the system. Workday is placing Target eHR.

What is my Target Team Member Number?

Your Target Team Member Number will show on your temporary card, as a new employee. and name badge during my last shift. It will be replaced by a barcode that you use to clock in or out with.

Target Employee Discount.

How much is the Target employee discount and how do I apply it?

As a Target employee you are entitled to a employee discount of 10%.

To use your team member discount in store, present your team member discount card or Wallet in the Target app at checkout to be scanned.

To use or remove your team member discount on Target.com, team members are required to log into their Target.com account.

To apply your Target Team Member discount to your Target.com account, do the following:

  • Log into your Target.com customer account.
  • Go to your “Account”.
  • Choose Settings.
  • Choose the three dots next to “About me” and click Edit.
  • Enter your Target Team Member number with four leading zeros (for example: 0000xxxxxxxx).

 

How to View or Change my Publix OSS Schedule

Viewing your Publix schedule.

To view your Publix employee work schedule, first log in to Publix Passport/Publix Oasis.

Then, go to the right part of the page and find the link under the Oasis logo. Click on the Open OSS link.

You can also try this link: https://oasis-sso.publix.org/. Enter your Username and Password to log in.

The schedule is a calendar form, on which you can check your weekly schedule.

How do I Change my Publix Schedule online?

You cannot chamge your own schedule online, but you CAN submit schedule requests online, for example asking for Time Off for specific occasions.

Permanent schedule changes (which means addin/ removing the times that you are available) must be done by completing the “Associate Availability Change Request Form”. This form is found in the Publix breakroom. Fill out the form and submit it to your manager.

What time does the new Publix Schedule come out for next week?

New weekly schedules come out at 9:45pm to 10:15pm on Tuesday nights. Usually your new schedule is published at 9:58 Pm tuesday night.

Your Publix store usually has a paper copy available in the break room by noon on Wednesday.

What does the triangle mean next to me schedule times?

A triangle means that your manager have changed your schedule AFTER it was first published.
